Next went to "Edit site list"

Next press "Add" and enter (from picture 1) the location "http://localhost:9000" and press "ADD" again, then prss OK.

Then Java stops blocking the Pop-up off EPC and WIS !

ISO 13400-1:2011 describes the general use cases and communication scenarios which are covered by an Internet Protocol-based vehicle communication standard.
