Problem:
 First time he activate the Cummins software in DVD 1 but fail to get it activated and the screen displays “Cannot create file” error message. 
Then he try Caterpillar software in DVD 1 and Tech tool software in DVD 4 respectively, but all fail to activate.

Possible reason:

The computer operating system is not compatible with the software
CAT 2010b version is buggy version that can not be activated.

Solution:
1) Change another computer running Windows XP professional operating system.
2) CAT software requires 2010a version, please find out 2010a version in other CD.
