Hello OBD2repair,
I installed everything according to the installation instructions. The error message appears after I click on the button "Start VCDS" in the program "VCDS Loader".
That's the problem. I know that I can not start it any other way. Unfortunately, this does not work.

As a professional diangostic software,VCDS software is recommended of separate computer with home computers,it is better to use another laptop to install the VCDS software and dont install the antivirus software.
If you have only one laptop , you need to delect or close the anti-virus software when you run the vcds software.
